Age Requirement

All services at 456be are for persons aged 21 or older only. If a minor opens an account using false information, 456be reserves the right to close that account and forfeit all deposited funds.

One Account Per Person

Each person may open only one account. If a person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and bonuses may be cancelled.

Providing Accurate Information

At the time of registration, you must provide your real name, date of birth, and correct contact information. Providing false information will be considered a breach of terms and may result in account suspension or closure.

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to 456be immediately. Allowing another person to use your account or placing bets on behalf of a third party is prohibited. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted from your account.

• Do not save login details on public or shared devices.

Accepted Payment Methods

456be currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Requests below these amounts will not be processed.

Withdrawal Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, in some cases processing time may increase due to identity verification or other security reviews.

Ownership of Funds

You confirm that you are depositing your own money and that these funds are not derived from any illegal activity. Payment using third-party accounts or cards is prohibited.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳18,000 or more earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳26,000.

Wagering Requirements

To withdraw from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

General Bonus Terms

• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
• Promotional offers may change or be discontinued without prior notice.
• Specific time limits and terms apply to each promotion — see the relevant offer page for details.
• If multiple accounts from the same household or IP address claim a bonus, an investigation will be conducted.

All bets and games on 456be are conducted fairly. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets automatically using software or bots.
• Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to place bets in live betting after the outcome of a match is known.

If suspicious gaming activity is detected, 456be reserves the right to investigate the account and may suspend payments if necessary.

Game Results & Disputes

If the result of any game is uncertain due to a technical error, 456be reserves the right to void that round and refund the bets. In such situations, the decision of 456be is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform:

• Using the platform for fraud, deception, or money laundering.
• Using a false identity or stolen identity documents.
• Harassing or abusing other players or staff.
• Unauthorised use of 456be's copyrighted content, software, or trademarks.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.

For any of the above violations, 456be reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all deposited funds. In serious cases, legal action may also be taken.

456be has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits increase as you move to a higher tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

VIP tier is determined based on your overall activity on the platform. VIP benefits are subject to change, and 456be reserves the right to modify any VIP benefit with notice.

456be makes every effort to provide uninterrupted service, but cannot accept liability in the following situations:

• Internet disconnection or network issues.
• Failure of third-party software or payment gateways.
• Unexpected server maintenance or upgrades.
• Issues with the user's own device or software.

However, if a player suffers financial loss due to a clear fault of 456be, compensation will be considered on reasonable grounds.
